• All tickets are Non Endorsable, Non Re-routable. Refund refers to Bangkok Ticketing Office.
  
• Refund fee is THB 4,000 for wholly un-used ticket. Refund of partial used ticket is not allowed.
  
• Outbound change fee is THB 2,000.
  
• Reissue fee is THB 2,000.
  
• Ticket must be issued before / on 21 Feb 2013.
  
• Outbound date is limited until 31 Dec 2013 only.
