Get Acquainted With Your Airline E-Ticket

If you are purchasing Electronic Tickets by credit card through our phone reservations service or Internet Booking System, please note the following conditions:

  • A credit card can be used to pay all charges for as many as four passengers' tickets as long as the cardholder is one of the passengers. 
  • Please present the credit card used to purchase the Electronic Ticket upon check in. 

Once your Electronic Ticket has been issued, your ticket image are automatically stored in our database. In order to retrieve your ticket images smoothly , please present your Electronic Ticket Receipt while checking in at the airport. If you are unable to show your Electronic Ticket Receipt for any reaseon, you will need to provide one of the following items of information: 

  • Your Electronic Ticket number 
  • Your Credit Card Number 
  • Your Evergreen Club membership number 
  • Your flight number and date of travel for ticketing/revalidation 

For details about the different fares available with an EVA Air Electronic Ticket or rules and conditions associated with its use, please contact one of our ticketing offices. 

Electronic Ticket refunds can be made by an EVA ticketing office. Or, if you bought the Electronic Ticket via the EVA Internet Booking System, you can apply for a refund online.
