Eligibility：

  • Applicants ages 2 and above are cordially invited to join the Evergreen Club.
  • Applicants ages 2-12 are welcome to join the EVA Air frequent flyer program, but at least one guardian must be an Evergreen Club member in order for the child to qualify. 
  • After enrolment, you may enjoy the convenient on-line service by selecting the various options including: Mileage data, Mileage correction, Update personal data ,etc..

Enrolment:

Please print the membership application form and simply fill out and mail/fax it to the Evergreen Club Service Center. The Evergreen Club will issue a temporary card to you within 2-4 weeks by e-mail or post after receiving your application form. Your permanent membership card will be issued within 4-6 weeks when your first flight mileage with EVA Air/UNI Air’s international flight had been credited to your account.
