Excess Baggage Charge - Popup

Baggage in excess of EVA Air's free allowance will be subject to additional charges.

• The piece system
  The piece system charge is based on the piece, size and weight exceeding EVA's free baggage allowance. Please click here for the charge table. If the ticket is issued in the U.S., the charge table for flights departing from the U.S will be applied throughout the itinerary. For details please contact EVA Air ticketing offices.
  
• The weight system
  The weight system charge is calculated on the basis of each extra kilogram exceeding the free baggage allowance and can vary with the route. Generally it is based on 1.5% of the highest normal direct adult one-way economy class fare, with only the following exceptions:
  1% (except within Europe) from Austria/Bulgaria/Israel, from Australia/New Zealand (Except 1.5% from Australia / New Zealand to South West Pacific), and from Europe/Middle East to Australia/New Zealand.
  1.35% within Europe, except 1% from Austria / Bulgaria / Finland.
