Seasonal Flavors of Nakamura Kyoto Cuisine
Kyoto-based Chef Motokazu Nakamura, whose family-owned restaurant has held three Michelin stars for seven years in a row, has designed a new menu for September for EVA Air Royal Laurel Class / Premium Laurel Class / Business Class passengers flying to Tokyo and Osaka.
The main course is whitefish and prawn served with ginger- flavored sauce accompanied by seasonal vegetables. Side dishes include cutlassfish sushi and dried baby sardines served with cucumber. We invite you to savor these seasonal treats prepared in traditional kaiseki style.
