If you are purchasing Electronic Tickets by credit card through our phone reservation services or Internet Booking System, please note the following conditions:

• A credit card can be used to pay all charges for as many as four passengers' tickets as long as the cardholder is one of the passengers.
  
• Please present the credit card used to purchase the Electronic Ticket upon check in.

Once your Electronic Ticket is issued, the ticket image is automatically stored in our database. In order to retrieve your ticket images smoothly , please present your Electronic Ticket Receipt while checking in at the airport. Or provide one of the information as below while checking in at the airport :

• Electronic Ticket number
  
• Name on the Ticket
  
• “Infinity MileageLands” card number
  
• The flight number and date of travel for check-in

Refunds of the tickets that purchased through EVA Internet Booking System may apply online. For refund applications of the tickets purchased through travel agencies, please refer to original issuing agency.
