Earning Mileage

Please note: 

• Mileage credits may be earned only on EVA Air and All Nippon code-shared flights and members must make reservation for an All Nippon flight number.       
  
• Mileage credits may be earned with the following ticket classes:
  Economy Class: Y
  Business Class: C　
  
• Mileage can not be credited into the Continental Airlines frequent flyer program for EVA Air and All Nippon code-shared flights operated by All Nippon.
  
• Retroactive credit may be claimed within a period of 6 months after the flight was flown, flight information needs to be provided to the Evergreen Club service center. EVA Air will deliver retro claim files to All Nippon 14 days after flight date for verification.

• All flights operated by Asiana Airlines (including EVA Air code-shared flights) and Asiana Airlines code-shared flights operated by EVA Air are eligible for mileage accrual.
  
• Mileage cannot be earned on Asiana Airlines charter flights and Asiana Airlines code-shared flights operated by other airlines (excluding EVA Air).
  
• Members can only earn mileage credits for the same flight in one program. It is not permitted to transfer mileage accumulated in the Evergreen Club account to any other carrier's program; nor can members transfer mileage accumulated in another carrier's program to the Evergreen Club program.
  
• Bonus miles earned from Asiana Airlines operating flights cannot be calculated for Evergreen Club card tier renewal/upgrade.
  
• Retroactive credit may be claimed within a period of 6 months after flight flown, flight information including ticket number needs to be provided to Evergreen Club service center. EVA Air will deliver retro claim files to Asiana Airlines 14 days after the flight date for verification.

• Effective from Feb.01,2012(travel date),mileage ratio is 110% for a W class ticket when a taking flight operated by Air China.
  
• Mileage cannot be earned on all Air China charter flights and all Air China marked flights that are operated by other airlines (excluding EVA Air/UNI Air).
  
• Members can only earn mileage credits for the same flight in one program. It is not permitted to transfer mileage accumulated in the Evergreen Club account to any other carrier's program; nor can members transfer mileage accumulated in another carrier's program to the Evergreen Club program.
