Echiré Butter, a staple in many high-end French restaurants, comes from the village of Echiré in western France. Owing to its consistently superb quality, it has become a well-known luxury brand. The butter is made in wooden churns, fermented for 15 hours, and then washed using local mountain spring water.
Its rich taste makes it the perfect accompaniment to the different types of hot bread served aboard EVA Air’s aircraft. Echiré Butter is available to EVA Air Royal Laurel Class passengers on flights from Taipei to the US, Canada and Paris.
