Rail & Fly –EVA Air in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn/German Railway Company, provides transportation from all DB stations within Germany to Amsterdam, connecting a flight to Asia.

As of today, evaair.com is offering Rail & Fly tickets in partnership with Railway Germany(QYG), entitling passengers to commute from any railway station in Germany to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, where you may connect your EVA flight to Taipei & Bangkok or expand your trip with partnership airlines to Ko Samui /Phuket/Chiang Mai. 

Rail & Fly is valid on the day of departure in Amsterdam and the day before. From Amsterdam it is valid the day of arrival in Amsterdam and the following day.

The schedules stated on the EVA Air online booking system, which is announced by QYG (Railway Germany) under the Carrier code 9B (AccesRail) of EVA AIR, are subject to change depends on DB. For DB real-time train schedule please contact DB Travel Center or go to www.bahn.de to check the time of train connections on your travel date and to plan your train journey well in advance. Please note the check-in times of EVA AIR and choose a proper train connection so as to arrive at the check-in desk at least 3 hours before flight departure. EVA Air and DB are not liable in case of schedule delays. 

After booking and ticket issue you will receive your EVA AIR reservation and ticket number and the website information to print out the Rail & Fly ticket from internet 72 hours before the respective journey. Simply go www.accesrail.com/checkin, enter your name and flight number or Booking Reference Number (PNR) and print the ticket – one for the outbound travel, and one for the return journey, following the same process. In case of losing your ticket, you can log on to the AccesRail website and print the ticket again.

For taking the train, the following documents are absolutely required:

  • Rail & Fly ticket (must be printed before the rail journey)
  • Flight schedule / itinerary receipt
  • Valid passport / identity card

The Rail & Fly entitles the passenger to travel to/from any railway station in Germany and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport v.v. valid to travel on direct way on all DB Deutsche Bahn / German Railway Company trains, using ICE, IC, EC D trains. ICE Sprinter and City Night Line trains are subjected to pay additional supplement and make reservations with DB Deutsche Bahn / German Railway Company.

For rebooking or cancellation of your journey including DB Deutsche Bahn / German Railway Company sectors, the related fare rule will apply and passenger should contact EVA Air's Reservation Center
