This is a free service for EVA Airways passengers who are holding tickets with confirmed reservations with booking class C/J/D and only with EVA flight number BR51 or BR52 From/To Austin, Texas.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Passengers need to provide their credit card number to AFC Transportation to book a reservation.
  2. Ticketing Country: North America. 
  3. Ticket numbers must start with 695 and travel with BR flight passengers only.
  4. This service is not available for complimentary tickets or complimentary upgrades from Economy Class/Elite class to Business Class.
  5. Additional Services provided to passengers traveling From/To: Round Rock, Seguin, San Marcos, Pflugerville, New Braunfels will be charged extra by AFC Transportation to the passengers’ credit card.
  6. Pick-up service must be booked at least 24-hours prior to departure of the flight. Actual pick-up times will be confirmed directly by supplier with the guest 24-hours prior to departure.
  7. Guest(s) not availing the service must call and inform AFC Transportation reservations to avoid a No-Show penalty fee. If a reservation canceled less than 5 hours before pick up time or is a no- show, passengers need to pay for the penalty of USD525 to AFC Transportation; EVA Airways will not be responsible for pick-up service fees.
  8. If a guest fails to cancel his booking and the limo is returned unutilized, this would be deemed as a No- Show. EVA Airways will not be responsible to rebook service in conjunction with the same ticket. The guest(s) are entitled to use this service only once per sector.
  9. Guests will be contacted through short messaging service (SMS) or email within 24 hours of booking the limousine pick up service. 
  10. Additional cars cannot be provided purely for the convenience of baggage.
  11. EVA Air reserves the right to change the shuttle schedule and rules without notice.
