EVA Express Service Features

In addition to guaranteed uplift as booked, the last cargo in is the first out. Generous cut-off times as late as 2 hours before the scheduled departure time are available at most airports. This means urgent, last-minute cargo can be loaded with minimal preparation time. Please note, however, that cut-off times do vary at some stations. 

  • Priority clearance and cargo release at destination: Cargo and documents will be delivered to the consignee quickly, within a few hours after arrival. 
  • No restrictions on cargo weight, shape or size: Anything can be transported via EVA Express as long as it can be safely loaded on EVA Air aircraft. Cargo requiring special handling, however, is excluded. 
  • Pre-arrival notice: Consignees are advised of estimated arrival time before the flight arrives.
  • Movement updates: EVA Airways uses its in-house system, CargoWing, to closely track cargo movement. Agents and shippers can monitor shipments through EVA Air's professional air freight personnel stationed around the world.
