l All tickets are Non Endorsable, Non Re-routable. Refund refers to Macau Ticketing Department.
l Fares are subject to applicable taxes and insurance surcharges.
l No partial used ticket refund is allowed. For refund surcharge of wholly un-used ticket – please refer to discounted airfare restrictions (example, for US/CA MOP600, for other destinations MOP125).
l Refund of partial used ticket: Refund penalty: MOP125. Passenger can apply refund on un-use airport taxes, fuel surcharge and other levies. Mileages can not be return to member’s account.
l Minimum and Maximum stay as mentioned above.
l Above fares are subject to any application taxes.
l Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/date.
l The mileage credits and bonus mileage cannot be earned with H and R class fares. Please refer to Membership Handbook for other class mileage credits and bonus mileage.
l H and R class: free upgrades are allowed upon airport check-in and are subject to seat availability with sufficient Award Cheques or Electronic Miles, or Electronic Upgrade Certificate.
l Please refer to the ‘Fare Rule’ before purchasing the ticket.
l Above fare are strictly for departure from Macao. EVA Air reserved all rights to amend and/or terminate above fares at any time without prior notice.
