1. All of tickets can be applied to any EVA regular flight.
2. This Free Ticket Reward Certificate is not transferable.
3. Free Ticket Reward Certificates earned in this program must be redeemed before 2006/10/31. Your first outbound travel must be within 12 months after the free ticket issued, except for blackout dates below:

2006: JUN25-JUL05,AUG25-SEP05,DEC15-DEC31。
2007: JAN01-JAN10,FEB09-FEB26,JUN25-JUL05,AUG25-SEP05,DEC15-DEC31。

4. After you've received your Free Ticket Reward Certificates, you may call our reservations immediately to book your trip. Availability of seats on EVA Airways is subject to capacity controls and blackout dates, and seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Booking designators for free ticket are:
Super Business Class- D / Evergreen Deluxe Class- W / Economy Class- I
5. You will be solely responsible for R.O.C. taxes due from the receipt of the Free Ticket. (It's for prizes or payment from contests and games won by chance. The tax rate of R.O.C. national is 15%, and the tax rate of non-R.O.C. national is 20%.) The amount of the taxes is calculated according to the ticket issue date and based on the lowest market selling price of the applicable class, route and departure date. In addition, you will be responsible for payment of all taxes and surcharges at the time your actual flight tickets are issued.
