Regulations:
- Prize tickets offer the same itinerary, fare type, validity and class as original purchased tickets. All flight sectors must be completed and you must keep the boarding pass.
- Prize ticket embargo periods:
2007: June 25–July 5, Aug. 25–Sept. 5, Dec. 15–Dec. 31
2008: Jan. 1–Jan. 10, Jan. 29–Feb. 15, June 25–July 5, Aug. 25–Sept. 5, Dec. 15–Dec. 31
- Prize has no commercial value and cannot be converted into cash
- Prize ticket is non-reroutable and non-endorsable.
- Passenger is responsible for out-of-pocket expenses such as taxes, fees and charges levied by any government agencies.
- Seat is subject to availability.
- Please refer to current ticketing regulations for other rules that apply to free tickets.
- EVA Airways reserves the right to modify this program.
