Wanderlust Readers Give EVA High Honors in Customer Satisfaction
EVA takes 2nd place Silver Award in stiff competition

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, (22 Feb., 2008) – Based solely on a poll of Wanderlust Travel Magazine’s readers’ satisfaction levels, EVA Air came in a close second to Singapore Airlines and took Silver Award honors in stiff competition with Bronze Award winner Etihad Airways.  The United Kingdom-based magazine honored EVA in the Major Airline category.

Readers voted in 12 categories, including best country, city destination, tour operator, low-cost airline, web site, international airport and adventure-clothing brand, in addition to the best major airline.  Wanderlust Travel Awards 2007 were presented by Editorial Director Lyn Hughes at a prestigious ceremony recently staged in London and are being showcased in the magazine’s

March issue, which went on sale on 14 Feb., 2008.
“It’s fantastic for EVA to get such positive feedback and recognition from Wanderlust readers,” said K.W. Nieh, EVA Air Executive Vice President.  “Competing in a category that included many of the world’s best airlines, we are especially delighted by our Silver Award second place selection.  We at EVA Air take great pride in the excellence of our service quality and the high-level of the inflight experience we typically give passengers in all of our cabins.”
