EVA Air moves flights to new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport

EVA Air has moved all of its Bangkok flights to the new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport since September 28, 2006, providing passengers with vastly improved airport facilities.

Customers will experience wider, more convenient check-in, smoother transition through the airport and a new stylish executive lounge.

The slick new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport or "golden land", named by His Majesty King Bhumipol Adulyadej of Thailand, will replace Don Muang as Bangkok’s major international hub.

The new, expansive departure lounge will have 10 check-in islands. EVA will occupy 16 check-in counters on the eighth island in zones Q & R adjacent to immigration, giving passengers the easiest possible route through the airport.

• Level 3 - Meeting and Greeting Gallery
• Level 4 - Departures

EVA Air has 20 flights per week to Bangkok including its London, Vienna and Amsterdam routes that fly via the city from the carrier’s Taipei hub.

EVA Air currently serves 44 destinations across four continents from Taipei. Its 50 aircraft comprise six B747-400s, nine B747 combis, three B747 freighters, 14 MD-11 freighters, four MD-90s, 3 B777-300ERs and 11 A330-200s.

Updated Pick Up Point of évasion Bangkok Package

When évasion package guests arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, please present the travel documents and passports to the arrival passport control officer and retrieve the baggage. After passing through the Customs, please move forward to the exit that located in front of the No.20 baggage belt, and turn left when walk out the exit. The mandarin speaking tour guide will hold évasion welcome board and pick you up to the hotel. (For respecting the rights of other guests, EVA AIR is not responsible for who failed to meet up with the tour guide within 90 minutes after the flight landing.)
