 Checking in for your flight is fun and convenient at EVA Air’s Hello Kitty Kiosks. The kiosks are located behind counter 6A, next to the EVA Air ticketing counter at Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2. They are available exclusively for the use of passengers departing to Tokyo Narita Airport (BR2198), Fukuoka (BR2106), Sapporo (BR116), Seoul (BR160), Hong Kong (BR857), and Guam (BR20).
Hours of operation: You can check in at a kiosk from 05:00am until one hour before scheduled departure.
Hello Kitty Jet service will be temporarily suspended on the following routes:
1. BR2198/BR2197 between Taipei (Taoyuan) and Tokyo (Narita) from May 23 to June 21.
2. BR857/BR858 between Taipei (Taoyuan) and Hong Kong from May 23 to June 21.
3. BR116/BR115 between Taipei (Taoyuan) and Sapporo from May 23 to July 18.
These flights will be operated as normal, but with an aircraft in standard EVA Air livery. Passengers departing on BR2198/BR857/BR116 within the specified periods will not be able to use Hello Kitty Kiosks to check in.

Checking in at a Hello Kitty Kiosk
Using a kiosk provides the following advantages:
- You don’t have to queue up at a check-in counter. Touch screens and step-by-step instructions allow you to quickly complete check-in formalities.
- You may choose a available seat using the aircraft seating plan.
- Boarding passes are printed as you wait.
- Service is available in four languages: traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese.
- Exclusively for the use of EVA Air Hello Kitty Jet passengers.
Choose one of the following options to begin your check-in:
- Booking Code: Use your booking reference number.
- Flight Number or Destination: Enter your flight number or destination.
- Evergreen Club Card: Enter your Evergreen Club membership number or insert your membership card.
- Already Checked in Online: If you have completed online check-in , you can use the printed confirmation slip to check in.
Using the Self Check-in Service
Self Check-in Kiosks are available at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 and Taipei Songshan Airport. After completing your online check-in, you may print your boarding pass at the airport using a Self- Check-in Kiosk. The kiosks make checking in for EVA Air and UNI Air international flights faster and more convenient than ever.
