Using the EVA AIR Kiosk Check-in
Opening hours : daily 05:30 - 22:30
EVA AIR Kiosk Check-in provides the following advantages:
- Touch screens and step-by-step instructions allow you quickly complete check-in formalities. You don’t have to queue up at check-in counters anymore.
- You may choose a seat using the aircraft seating plan.
- Boarding passes are printed as you wait.
- Service is available in four languages: traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese.
Choose one of the following options to begin your check-in:
- Booking Code: Use your booking reference number.
- Flight Number or Destination: Enter your flight number or destination.
- Evergreen Club Card: Type your Evergreen Club membership number or insert your membership card.
- Already Checked in Online: If you have completed online check-in , you can use the confirmation slip to check in.
At present, the kiosks can be found only at Terminal 2 of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Over time, they will be installed in airports in China and at other EVA Air destinations worldwide.
