Additional security measures for U.S.-bound flights

Beginning June 30, 2018, the U.S. Transport Security Administration (TSA) requires passengers travelling on U.S.-bound flights to undergo additional security measures. Such security measures include the inspection of powder-like substances that are 350 ml (12 oz) or larger will not be allowed for carriage in the cabin. Medically-prescribed powder-like substances, baby formula, human remains and duty-free powder containers inside a properly sealed Secure Tamper Evident Bag (STEB) after inspected may be brought into the cabin. We recommend all passengers place any powder-like substances in checked baggage and proceed to the boarding gate early to avoid any inconvenience to travel.
