EVA Air Statement Regarding Passenger Rights Protections

Jan 25, 2024

The Taoyuan Union of Pilots (TUP) has announced the results of 22 January, 2024 industrial action ballot and claimed its members now have the right to strike, with a further two potential strike periods being announced on 25 January, 2024. The labor dispute is underway now and while negotiations are ongoing, we will maintain normal operations. Out of concern for you as our passenger and to ensure that we are in compliance with the Regulations of Civil Air Transport Enterprise, you can be assured that we will do our best to make information available so that you can stay up to date on the status of your flights. If there are any flight-schedule changes or cancellations, we will post updates on our official EVA Air website, www.evaair.com. We will also alert passengers and travel agencies by e-mail or text message and are on hand to assist with flight arrangements.

You can contact your original ticketing office for assistance as well. For additional options, please click on this link. For regular updates, please see our official website or contact us at Contact Us.
