•Twelve different winners will be selected at random, with each prize drawn separately.

•Winners will be announced on the original competition post during the week commencing 28 September 2026.

•The flight prize consists of two EVA Air Economy Class return tickets from London Heathrow to either Bangkok or Taipei.

•Flight taxes, fees and surcharges are not included and are currently estimated at approximately GBP 390 per person.

•The outbound journey must commence within one of the specified travel periods, and all travel must be completed by 24 August 2027.

•Flights and all other prizes are subject to availability.

1.1 The promoter is EVA Airways Corporation, of Evergreen House, 160 Euston Road, London NW1 2DT (“EVA Air” or “the Promoter”).

1.2 The giveaway will be administered through EVA Air’s official UK Instagram account, @EVAAIR.UK.

1.3 By entering, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of EVA Air and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, civil partner, parent, child or sibling.

2.3 No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

2.4 To enter, participants must:

•Follow @EVAAIR.UK on Instagram;

•Like the official competition post; and

•Leave a comment on the official competition post.

2.5 Only one entry is permitted per person. If an entrant leaves more than one comment, only their first valid entry will be counted.

2.6 Automated, fraudulent, third-party or multiple-account entries will not be accepted. Offensive, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate comments may be removed and the entrant disqualified.

2.7 Entrants must keep their Instagram account active and identifiable until the winners have been verified.

3.1 The giveaway opens when the official competition post is published on @EVAAIR.UK.

3.2 Entries close at 23:59 BST on 20 September 2026.

3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

There are 12 prizes for 12 different winners:

1.One pair of EVA Air Economy Class return tickets from London Heathrow to either Bangkok or Taipei;

2.One pair of hospitality tickets for West Ham United v Preston North End;

3.One signed West Ham United shirt;

4.One signed West Ham United shirt;

5.One pair of general admission tickets for West Ham United v Middlesbrough;

6.One pair of general admission tickets for West Ham United v Norwich City;

7.One EVA Air x West Ham United scarf;

8.One EVA Air x West Ham United scarf;

All prizes are non-transferable, may not be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.

5.1 The flight prize consists of two Economy Class return tickets for the winner and one companion, departing from London Heathrow and travelling to either Bangkok or Taipei.

5.2 The winner must select one destination when requesting the booking. The winner and companion must travel together on the same flights, dates and itinerary.

5.3 The tickets are valid on EVA Air-operated flights only and are subject to promotional seat availability. Preferred flights and travel dates cannot be guaranteed.

5.4 Applicable taxes, fees, airline fuel surcharges and booking service charges are not included and must be paid by the winner before ticket issuance. These charges are currently estimated at approximately GBP 390 per person but are subject to change.

5.5 The outbound journey must commence within one of the following permitted departure periods:

•14 September–14 December 2026;

•12–21 January 2027;

•15 February–19 March 2027;

•4 April–24 June 2027; or

•6 July–24 August 2027.

5.6 The return journey may take place outside the selected departure period. For example, an outbound flight on 18 February 2027 with a return flight on 10 April 2027 is permitted, subject to seat availability and the applicable ticket validity.

5.7 All travel must be completed no later than 24 August 2027.

5.8 The booking must be requested by 26 February 2027. Extensions to the booking deadline or travel validity are not permitted.

5.9 Booking instructions and a prizewinner certificate will be provided after the winner has been verified. The winner must provide the full passport names of both passengers and several preferred travel dates.

5.10 Due to limited promotional-seat availability, EVA Air may only be able to confirm the booking approximately one month before departure. Winners should not make non-refundable arrangements until their flights have been confirmed and tickets issued.

5.11 The winner and companion are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, entry requirements, accommodation, ground transportation, meals and all other personal expenses.

5.12 The tickets cannot be transferred, sold, upgraded or exchanged for cash and do not qualify for Infinity MileageLands mileage accrual.

5.13 The tickets are also subject to EVA Air’s Conditions of Carriage and applicable passenger-rights legislation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6.1 The match-ticket prizes are valid only for the fixtures stated and cannot be exchanged for another match.

6.2 Fixture dates, kick-off times, hospitality arrangements and seating locations may be changed by West Ham United or the relevant football authorities.

6.3 If a fixture is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will normally remain valid for the rearranged fixture. Travel, accommodation and other expenses resulting from a fixture change will not be reimbursed.

6.4 Winners and their guests must comply with West Ham United’s ticketing conditions, stadium regulations, security requirements and codes of conduct. Tickets must not be sold, transferred or used for commercial purposes.

6.5 Transportation, accommodation, meals and other matchday expenses are not included unless expressly included in the hospitality package.

6.6 Shirt sizes and the exact combination of player signatures cannot be guaranteed. The aircraft-model type, scale and livery will be selected by EVA Air.

6.7 Merchandise prizes will be delivered to a valid UK postal address. Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes.

7.1 Each prize will be drawn separately using a verifiably random computer process or under appropriate independent supervision.

7.2 Once an entrant has been selected and verified as the winner of one prize, they will be removed from the remaining prize draws. Each person may win only one prize.

7.3 Provisional winners will be contacted only by EVA Air’s official @EVAAIR.UK Instagram account.

7.4 Winners must respond within seven days and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their identity, age, UK residency and eligibility.

7.5 If a winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is ineligible or declines the prize, EVA Air may select a replacement winner at random.

7.6 Verified winners will be announced on the original competition post during the week commencing 28 September 2026.

7.7 Winning Instagram usernames may be published. Winners may request that the amount of information published be reduced. However, EVA Air may provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that the prizes were validly awarded.

7.8 Entrants are responsible for checking their Instagram messages and message-request folders. EVA Air will never request payment through an unofficial social-media account.

8.1 Personal information will be used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange the prizes.

8.2 Winner information may be shared with West Ham United and relevant ticketing, booking or delivery providers where necessary to fulfil a prize.

8.3 Entering the giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from EVA Air.

8.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with EVA Air’s Privacy Policy, available on EVAair.com.

9.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

9.2 Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to EVA Air and not to Instagram.

10.1 EVA Air intends to award all prizes as described. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside EVA Air’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.

10.2 EVA Air may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false information or attempts to interfere with the entry or selection process.

10.3 EVA Air is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical or network problems outside its reasonable control.

10.4 EVA Air may suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
