New Kyoto-Style Kaiseki Dishes

In collaboration with Nakamura of Kyoto, a Michelin three- starred restaurant for eight consecutive years, EVA Air is introducing new creations in Royal Laurel Class/Premium Laurel Class/Business Class cabins on flights to Osaka and Tokyo(Narita). With ingredients selected by chef Motokazu Nakamura himself, the kaiseki meal includes deep-fried Chilean seabass served with grated turnip sauce and fungus, crabmeat-flavored steamed rice, wasabi-candied black beans, and marinated flounder rolled with kunbu. True to the Kyoto style, the dishes have elegant, layered flavors.
