EVA Air Flight Update Taiwan – The Philippines Service
EVA Air will cancel Taipei-Manila BR277 and Manila-Taipei BR278 flights from February 12 through February 18 due to the Republic of the Philippines’ latest immigration directives and the impact on passenger demand. We will continue to operate our other flights to/from Cebu and Manila as scheduled.
Passengers who purchased tickets from EVA to fly to/from the Philippines can request a refund on our website at www.evaair.com or contact one of our reservation and ticketing offices. EVA will waive the ticket refund or change service charges one time. Passengers who purchased their tickets through travel agents or our code-share partners are advised to request refunds from the organizations that booked their flights. Group passengers need to contact their travel agents for assistance.
For the latest updates on our flight status, we invite passengers to visit our dedicated EVA Air webpage for Novel Coronavirus outbreak-related flight schedule adjustments: https://www.evaair.com/en-global/emer/2019-nCoV.html.
