Award ticket promotion details:：

1. Ticket issue dates: 2023/07/25~2023/12/31
2. Travel dates:
   The first flight of the award ticket (outbound flight travel date) must be flown between 2023/08/16 and 2023/12/31. The return flight must be completed within one year from the ticket issue date.
   
3. Eligible routes: Limited to Hanoi-Taipei-Hanoi or Taipei-Hanoi-Taipei round-trip operated by EVA Air. The outbound flight travel date must be on/after 2023/08/16 and before 2023/12/31.
4. Redemption requirements (Round-trip only. For one-way tickets and/or flight dates outside effective travel dates, standard mileage requirement applies):

Terms and Conditions：

1. The number of seats allocated for award tickets is limited. EVA Air reserves the right to limit or adjust the number of award seats subject to the status of bookings for each flight. Award seats may be unavailable on some flights or during some periods, even if seats are available for paid tickets.
2. Promotion applies only to ticket issue dates and the outbound flight travel date included in the promotion period. The inbound flight date should be within a year of ticket issuance.
3. The promotion round-trip award tickets do not allow open-jaw itinerary or any flight connecting from/to cities other than Taipei and Hanoi.
   For example, the itinerary does not permit: (1) Taipei/Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh/Taipei (2) Los Angeles/Taipei/Hanoi, or Hanoi/Taipei/Vancouver
   
4. This promotion cannot be combined with other special offers.
5. The promotion only applies to flights to/from Hanoi operated by EVA Air and tickets with EVA Air flight numbers. Tickets with an EVA Air flight number but operated by other airlines and charter flights are not eligible.
6. The award ticket holder is responsible for all taxes and surcharges.
7. For any change and refund, the general Terms and Conditions of award tickets apply. The refunded mileage of a partially used promotion award ticket will be subject to standard redemption requirement.
   For example, when refunding a partially used Economy Class promotion award ticket, 17,500miles, the standard one-way redemption requirement, will be deemed as used and deducted. Valid unused miles, which is up to 2,500 miles, will be returned.
8. EVA Air reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the promotion without prior notice.
