【 International Flights (Except CHINA/HONG-KONG/MACAU) 】

1. Eligibility

For passengers holding EVA/UNI AIR tickets with confirmed booking on following sectors, EVA/UNI AIR International Flights except China/Hong Kong/Macao.

(a) Ticket issued date : on/before 2020-03-23

(b) Travel date : between 2020-03-17 and 2020-04-30

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 2020-04-30.

3. Provisions of Rebooking/Reissue

A. Passengers may change the flight departing on/before 2020-12-31 and the reissue fee will be waived for ONE transaction.

(a) Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new EVA/UNI AIR operated flight, and the fare/tax difference should be collected if reissue. Endorse to flights operated by other carriers is not permitted.

(b) Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule. Change of transfer point is permitted provided the destination (city) remain the same.

(c) For conditions other than (a) (b) above, changes will refer to applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule and charge the fare/tax difference.

B. No-show passengers will not be exempted from no-show fee.

C. Ticket validity can be extended for additional 14 days from the last day of ticket validity for the new traveling date.

D. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change. 

4. Refund

A. Refund fee of the tickets and/or ancillary services will be exempted. 

B. For tickets purchased or modified from EVA AIR official website, please submit a refund application through EVA AIR website. For tickets purchased from EVA/UNI AIR ticketing channels, please contact EVA/UNI AIR reservation and ticketing office to arrange a refund.

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact your travel agent for refunds. 

5. Refund fee could be waived for the reissued tickets.

6. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages

Please contact EVA/UNI AIR reservation and ticketing office for rebooking or refund. The service fee can be exempted for ONE transaction. Expired miles are exempt from collection provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the previous ticket.

【 USA Route 】

【 Mainland China / Hong Kong and Macao 】

1. Eligibility

A. For passengers holding BR/B7 tickets issued on/before 10FEB2020 with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 cross-strait or international flights with connecting flights from/to Mainland China / Hong Kong and Macao between 20JAN2020 and 30APR2020.

B. For passengers holding BR/B7 tickets with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 cross-strait or international flights between 20JAN2020 and 30APR2020, who are not entitled to enter/transfer or required to isolate/quarantine based on each country's regulation for Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) (related documents shall be attached).

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 30APR2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue

A. The fare/tax difference and the service charge will only be waived once for the passengers changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 30JUN2020 with the same route (city)/booking class as on the original ticket.

The fare/tax difference shall be paid by passengers and the service charge will only be waived once for passengers changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date with different route/booking class as on the original ticket.

B. No show passengers are not eligible for the waiver.

C. Ticket validity can be extended for 14days if the ticket validity is due to expire. 

D. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change.

4. Award tickets and upgrade with mileages

Please contact EVA/UNI Air reservation office for rebooking. The service fee can be waived once. Expired miles are exempt from collection provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the original ticket.

5. Refund

A. Refund rule and charge will be waived.

B. For tickets purchased from EVA AIR official website, please submit a refund through EVA Air website or contact EVA AIR reservation and ticketing offices.

The application must be submitted on/before 2020-04-30.

3. Provisions of Rebooking/Reissue

A. Passengers may change the flight departing on/before 2020-12-31 and the reissue fee will be waived for ONE transaction.

(a)Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new EVA/UNI AIR operated flight, and the fare/tax difference should be collected if reissue. Endorse to flights operated by other carriers is not permitted.

(b)ith interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule. Change of transfer point is permitted provided the fare/tax and destination (city) remain the same.

For passengers holding EVA/UNI AIR tickets with confirmed booking from Italy, Germany, Spain, Iran, France and the United States from/to Phnom Penh flights those who are unable to enter/transit due to the regulations of the Cambodian government.

A. Ticket issued date: on/before 2020-03-16.

B. Travel date : 2020-03-17 to 2020-04-16

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 2020-04-16.

3. Provisions of Rebooking/Reissue

A. Passengers may change to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 2020-12-31 and the reissue fee will be waived for ONE transaction

(a)Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new EVA/UNI AIR operated flight, the fare difference and/or tax difference may be exempted from collection for ONE transaction. Endorse to flights operated by other carriers is not permitted. 

(b)Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule. Change of transfer point is permitted provided the fare/tax and destination (city) remain the same.

(c)For conditions other than (a) (b) above, changes will refer to applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule and charge the fare/tax difference.

(a) Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new BR/B7 operated flight and the fare/tax differences should be collected if reissue. Endorse to flights operated by other carrier is not permitted.

(b) Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable BR/B7 fare rule within same destination (city) and the fare/tax differences should be collected.

(b) Original travel date of New Chitose(CTS) to Taiwan and Hakodate(HKD) to Taiwan: between 28FEB2020 and 30APR2020.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 30APR2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue:

A. Passengers may change to the new EVA/UNI AIR flight/date departing on/before 31DEC2020 and the reissue fee will be waived for ONE transaction.

(a) Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new EVA/UNI AIR operated flight and the fare/tax differences should be collected. Endorse to flights operated by other carrier is not permitted. 

(b) Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule within same destination (city) and the fare/tax differences should be collected.

TW-Japan Original travel date : between 2020-02-22 and 2020-04-30

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 2020-04-30.

3. Rebooking/Reissue

A. Passengers may change to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 2020-12-31. The service charge will only be waived once.:

(a)Provided that no changes made on RBD and routing (city) to the new BR/B7 operated Flight. Endorsing to flights operated by other carrier is not permitted.

(b)Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable BR/B7 fare rule. Change of transfer point is permitted provided the fare/tax and destination (city) remain the same.

For passenger holding BR/B7 tickets issued on/before 11FEB2020 with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 cross-strait or international flights with connecting flights from/to Philippine between 10FEB2020 and 15FEB2020, who are not entitled to enter/transfer or required to isolate/quarantine based on Philippines government travel restrictions.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 25FEB2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue:

A. The fare/tax difference and the service charge will only be waived once for the passengers changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 30JUN2020 with the same route (city)/booking class as on the original ticket.

For change to a different route (city)/booking class from the original ticket, the service charge may be waived for one time but the fare/tax difference shall be paid by the passengers.

B. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agents.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 15MAY2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue

A. The fare/tax difference and the service charge will only be waived once for the passenger changing to the new BR flight/date with the same route (city)/booking class as on the original ticket.

B. No show passenger is not eligible for the waiver.

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change.

Please contact EVA/UNI Air reservation office for rebooking. The service fee can be waived once. Expired miles are exempt from collection provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the original ticket.

【 Milan Flights 】

1. Eligibility

For passengers holding EVA/UNI AIR tickets with confirmed booking on BR/B7 Milan direct flights,

A. Ticket issued/reissued date : on/before 2020-03-13.

B. Travel date : on/before 2020-07-06.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 2020-07-05.

3. Provisions of Rebooking/Reissue

A. Passengers may change to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 2020-12-31 and the reissue fee will be waived for ONE transaction

(a) Itinerary with BR/B7 flights only:

(1). Provided that no changes made on RBD to the new EVA operated flight/date same as on the ticket or other BR European flights, the fare/tax differences should be collected. Endorse to flights operated by other carriers is not permitted.

(2). Flight cancellation mentioned above is the result of Force Majeure, the mentioned land transportation or interline connecting flight between the point on the ticket shall not be granted.

(b) Tickets with interline connecting flight involved, re-accommodation must be made in accordance with applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule within same destination (city) and the fare/tax differences should be collected.

(c) For conditions other than above, please refer to applicable EVA/UNI AIR fare rule and the fare/tax difference should be collected.

B. No-show passengers will not be exempted from no-show fee.

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change. 

4. Refund

A. Refund fee of the tickets and/or ancillary services will be exempted. 

B. For tickets purchased or modified from EVA AIR official website, please submit a refund application through EVA AIR website. For tickets purchased from EVA/UNI AIR ticketing channels, please contact EVA/UNI AIR reservation and ticketing office to arrange a refund.

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact your travel agent for refunds. 

5. Refund fee will be charged if the ticket has been changed with reissue fee waived.

6. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages

Please contact EVA/UNI AIR reservation and ticketing office for rebooking or refund. The service fee can be exempted for ONE transaction. Expired miles are exempt from collection ONE transaction, provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the previous ticket.

7. Group passengers

Please refer to the original issuing agent.

【 Taiwan Winter Vacation Adjustment 】

1. Eligibility 

For passengers holding BR/B7 tickets issued between 22JAN2020 and 03FEB2020 with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 cross-strait or international flights and depart from Taiwan(except transit passengers) between 02FEB2020 and 25FEB2020 (related documents shall be attached). 

2. Applicable period 

The application must be submitted on/before 25FEB2020. 

3. Rebooking/Reissue: 

A. The fare/tax difference and the service charge will only be waived once for the passengers changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 25FEB2020 with the same route (city)/booking class as on the original ticket.      For change to a different route (city)/booking class from the original ticket, the service charge may be waived for one time but the fare/tax difference shall be paid by the passengers. 

B. No show passengers are not eligible for the waiver. 

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agents. 

D.  For passengers who met the criteria of this regulation but have been applied refund or reissue fee on/after 02FEB2020 may contact EVA AIR reservation and ticketing office for applying said charges.

For passengers holding BR/B7 tickets issued on/before 03FEB2020 and depart from Taiwan with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 cross-strait or international flights between 30JUN2020 and 15JUL2020.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 10FEB2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue:

A. The refund service charge will only be waived once for the passenger changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing within ticket validity with the same booking class and route as on the original ticket.

B. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change.

4. Award tickets and upgrade with mileages:

Please contact EVA/UNI Air reservation office for rebooking. The service fee can be waived once. Expired miles are exempt from collection provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the original ticket.

1. Eligibility

For passengers holding BR/B7 tickets issued on/before 01FEB2020 with confirmed bookings on BR/B7 Vietnam flights before 02FEB2020.

2. Applicable period

The application must be submitted on/before 15FEB2020.

3. Rebooking/Reissue:

A. The fare/tax difference and the service charge will only be waived once for the passenger changing to the new BR/B7 flight/date departing on/before 31MAY2020 with the same booking class and route as on the original ticket.

B. Ticket validity can be extended for 14days if the ticket validity is due to expire.

C. For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing agent for rebooking and ticket change.

4. Award tickets and upgrade with mileages:

Please contact EVA/UNI Air reservation office for rebooking. The service fee can be waived once. Expired miles are exempt from collection provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the original ticket.
