EVA AIR Introduces Cool Kyoto-Style Cuisine For Summer

Three-Michelin-starred Kyoto-based Chef Motokazu Nakamura's seasonal kaiseki cuisine is available in business class on flights from Taipei to Osaka and Tokyo.

Chef Nakamura's new summer menu features assorted nigiri sushi, smoked salmon, grilled squid, amaebi, Japanese seabream, octopus, and unagi kabayaki. The main course for August is deep fried breaded cobia fish with glutinous rice crackers and pomelo-flavored superior crystal sauce, while that for September is cutlass fish fillet in ginger-flavored superior crystal sauce with julienned capsicum and scallion.
