SPRING-THEMED KYO-KAISEKI CUISINE

EVA Air and three-Michelin-starred Kyoto chef Nakamura Motokazu have teamed up to bring you spring-themed Kyo-kaiseki cuisine. These exclusive meals are available in Royal Laurel / Premium Laurel / Business Class on flights from Taipei to Paris, Tokyo (Narita), and Osaka. 

For the entrée Sake Flavoured Steamed Abalone with Seaweed Component Grilled Sesame Seed Tofu, chef Nakamura steams fresh abalone in sake for four hours, garnishing the dish with kinome (Japanese pepper leaves) for a seasonal touch. The menu also features spring-themed appetizers and hassun dishes.
