Kyoto-Style Summer Cusine


In collaboration with Kyoto-based Michelin three-starred chef Motokazu Nakamura, EVA Air is introducing a new seasonal Kyoto-style inflight meal. The hassun dish is soybeans tofu and the mukozuke dish is rolled asparagus with smoked salmon and lotus root served on vinegared egg yolks.

The main course is grilled eel with sweeten soy sauce served with sansho powder. The dessert is houjicha infused pudding with houjicha jelly. Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel/Business Class Passengers on flights to Osaka and Tokyo (Narita) will be able to enjoy these wonderful summer flavors.
