Nakanura’s Seasonal Kyoto-Style Surf And Turf
This month, EVA Air continues its collaboration with Kyoto- based Michelin three-starred chef Motokazu Nakamura, known for his authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine. The main course is pan-fried US prime beef fillet with grated daikon, yuzu pepper, and Japanese citrus sauce. It is served with hassun dishes including prawn cake coated with sesame seed, salmon temari sushi wrapped with bamboo leaf, and simmered clam with soy sauce. The set meal also includes sesame seed tofu and prawn, ark shell, squid, konnyaku, and scallion served with mustard-flavored miso sauce. Royal Laurel Class/Premium Laurel Class/Business Class passengers flying to Tokyo (Narita) and Osaka will be able to enjoy these wonderful seasonal flavors.
