Award-Winning Rice Now Served Inflight
Since 2015, EVA Air has served rice from Chishang in Taitung County on its flights, sharing with passengers the taste of Taiwan’s premier rice-growing region. This month, we offer passengers in Royal Laurel / Premium Laurel / Business Class on flights from Taipei rice harvested by Hsieh Mei-kuo, who recently won the Gold Prize at the 21st International Contest on Rice Taste Evaluation in Japan.
