EVA Wins SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline Certification Eighth Year in a Row


EVA Air has once again earned SKYTRAX’s 5-Star Airline certification. Only 10 airlines in the world have been awarded 5-Star certifications and EVA is the only one in Taiwan to receive the distinction. EVA To Donate $1,000 for Each Home Run Hit by an Angels Player at Angel Stadium During the 2023 Season


An Angels Baseball sponsor since 2018, EVA Air has stepped up its support by donating $1,000.00 to the Angels Baseball Foundation for every home run hit by an Angels player during regularly scheduled 2023 home games at Angel Stadium. Starting with the home opener on April 7th and wrapping up on October 1st, the Angels will play 81 total home games this season. As Passenger Demand Climbs, EVA Orders Five More Boeing 787-9s Also adding Premium Economy Class to current two-cabin configuration


EVA Air ordered five more Boeing 787-9s following approval by its board of directors on March 13, 2023. The deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2025 and be completed in 2027. And, starting in mid-2024, EVA will update and reconfigure its 787-9s to add its popular Premium Economy Class to the Royal Laurel and Economy options now available on the aircraft. Inclusion of this latest 787 order will increase the number of B787s in EVA’s fleet to a total of 26, 13 B787-9s and 13 B787-10s. EVA to Launch Nonstop Flights to Clark International Airport Third Philippines destination adds convenience, flexibility


EVA Air will launch daily nonstop flights between Taipei and the northwestern Philippines, starting on March 30, 2023. The addition of Clark International Airport will give EVA three gateways in the Philippines and boost the convenience and flexibility passengers enjoy now with Manila and Cebu service. EVA Air Launches Taipei-Clark Route Operates 35 weekly nonstop flights to three Philippines destinations

EVA Air launched its Taipei-Clark maiden flight on March 30. This latest addition to its convenient Philippines schedule joins popular Manila and Cebu service. EVA celebrated its newest destination with an inaugural flight ceremony at Taoyuan International Airport hosted by the airline’s President Clay Sun. Distinguished guests, including Taoyuan International Airport Corporation Chairman Wei-Fuu Yang, Aviation Police Bureau Chief Wen-Liang Chiou, Border Affairs Corps. Deputy Chief Commander Szu-Hsing Chen, Customs Administration Director Kuo-Hsin Fang, and Deputy Resident Manila Economic and Cultural Office Representative Alice Q.
