How to claim your benefits
- You can click the link according to the class of service you have booked: Business, Premium Economy, Economy.
- From the link provided, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village: Bicester Village (London), La Vallée Village (Paris), Ingolstadt Village (Munich), Fidenza Village (Milan), Maasmechelen Village (Brussels).
- Add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participant boutiques and restaurants, or at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.
- To book your access to the Village's private suite, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance.
