Flying to Washington, D.C. – A Gourmet Journey Begins

Starting June 26, Washington, D.C. officially joins EVA Air’s North American network as our 10th nonstop destination in the Americas! To celebrate this new route, we are launching brand-new in-flight meals across all cabins for flights from Taipei to Washington, D.C. Our culinary team has selected premium ingredients and refined culinary techniques to ensure a top-tier dining experience at 30,000 feet.


Royal Laurel Class

Exquisite Appetizer - Lime-Marinated Scarlet Shrimp, Sous Vide Scallop, Cauliflower Mousse, Mango Yogurt Dressing, featuring refreshing Mediterranean flavors.

Warm & Comforting Soup - Chicken Consommé, Chicken Mousse with Diced Foie Gras Quenelle, delivering a rich and sophisticated aroma.

First Flight Exclusive Dessert - Apple Ice Box Cake, Sour Cream Ice Cream, creating a delightful balance of fruity sweetness and gentle tanginess.


Premium Economy Class

Pan Fried Beef Fillet with Porcini Mushroom Brown Sauce – served with potato gratin and sautéed vegetables for a classic, layered flavor.

Wok-Fried Shrimp in Tomato Sauce – capturing the fresh essence of the sea.


 Economy Class

Roasted Fish Fillet with Toscana Sauce – creating elegant, light Italian-inspired flavors.

Stir Fried Beef Shoulder with Onion Sacha Sauce –  capturing the authentic and captivating taste of Taiwan.
