1. Mileage Accrual Rules
   • Earning Rate: JPY 100 spent (tax included) = 1 Mile.
   • Credit Time: Miles will be credited to the account within 2 months after the service date.
   • How to Earn:
     1. Make a reservation on the SmartRyde official website.
     2. When completing your order details, enter your 10-digit Infinity MileageLands membership number on the customer information screen.
2. Terms and Conditions
   • Multi-Currency Payment & Exchange Rates: Payments are supported in multiple currencies, including TWD, JPY, and USD. For non-JPY payments, miles will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the date of payment.
   • Applicability of Discounts: If discount coupons or other promotional offers are applied, miles will be calculated based on the final price after the discount.
   • Complimentary Waiting Time: For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes, starting from the flight's actual arrival time.
   • Driver Contact & Meeting Instructions: Depending on immigration or baggage claim conditions, if you are unable to reach the meeting point on time within 60 minutes after the scheduled time, cannot locate your driver, or are unsure of the meeting point, please contact customer service immediately within that 60-minute window.
   • Refund Restrictions: If you fail to contact SmartRyde and choose to take a regular taxi or alternative transportation instead, you will not be eligible for a refund.
   • Booking Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled, the transaction will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
