You will not be able to get the boarding pass if the following occasion applies. In that case, please contact the ground staff and collect your boarding pass at the airport counter. 

• The departure airport does not support the self-printed boarding pass service.
• To ensure the rights of the cardholder, passengers who purchase the ticket over the phone or online using credit cards (without EMV 3-D Secure) cannot print out the boarding pass. Passengers must present the credit card used to purchase the tickets for inspection while doing check-in for the first flight segment at the airport counter. 
• Passengers whose route includes a sector that is not eligible for the self-printed boarding pass service will not be able to print out boarding passes for any sectors of their voyage. 
• In compliance with U.S. government regulations, passengers departing to/from the U.S. can only get the boarding pass within 24 hours before departure. Please visit “Manage Your Trip” again in 24 hours to 1 hour before departure to obtain your boarding pass.

System will only help to apply BR/B7 applicable connecting flights together, and will be able to check-in for onward connections operated by other airlines if those airlines have a through check-in agreement with EVA Air (BR) and the first sector of your journey is operated by EVA Air (BR) or UNI Air (B7).

Yes. You can apply Automated check-in for whole flight segments in the same booking record at the same time, if your check-in data is complete. If not, please select other flight segments to apply separately.
