Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security. When you log in to your Infinity MileageLands account on the EVA Air official website, you will need to complete a two-step verification process. First, you must log in with your password, and then verify using a One-Time Password (OTP). EVA Air will send the OTP to the email address registered in your Infinity MileageLands account.

The system prompts for two-factor authentication based on various backend security considerations. It is not required for every login.

Please first ensure that your email address is correct. If there are any issues, please contact your local Infinity MileageLands service center.

You can log in to your Infinity MileageLands account, go to "My Account," and disable the OTP verification service under "Email Subscription." However, to protect your information, EVA Air recommends keeping this feature enabled.
