EVA Airways has voluntarily joined the Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V., an arbitration body recognized under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. We are committed to participating in the dispute resolution process.
In the event of a dispute, you have the right to contact the neutral Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V. This applies exclusively to private travel and in the following situations:
- Denied boarding, delayed boarding, or flight cancellations
- Destruction, damage, loss, or delayed delivery of luggage
- Breaches of duty in the transportation of disabled and reduced mobility passengers
- Breaches of duty in the conclusion of transportation contracts
You should contact the arbitration body only if:
- You have submitted your concern to EVA Airways and have not received a response within two months
- You disagree with how EVA Airways has handled or fulfilled your claims
- Your concern is not already pending before a court or has not been resolved through litigation or settlement
