Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion runs from 15 August 2025 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). Offer 1 is applicable to outbound travel period between 15 August 2025 and 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), but not applicable to outbound flight transfer from Taiwan on or after 1 July 2026. Offer 2 is applicable to outbound travel period between 3 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. The promotion only applies to the cardholders (the “Cardholders”), who hold BEA Credit Cards or Co-branded Cards, excluding BEA UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card and Corporate Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”), issued by The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”). 
3. Cardholders must use a valid Eligible Credit Card to pay in full through EVA Air Official Website (www.evaair.com) or EVA Air App during the Promotional Period in order to enjoy the following offers: Offer 1: Enjoy 12% off for one-way or round-trip flight tickets departure from Hong Kong to selected destinations (“Offer 1”). The selected destinations are Taiwan (Taipei, Kaohsiung), Japan (Aomori, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Osaka, Kobe, Komatsu, Tokyo Narita, Sendai, Okinawa), Korea (Seoul Incheon, Busan), USA (Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Houston), Canada (Vancouver, Toronto), Australia (Brisbane) and Europe (Amsterdam, London, Vienna, Paris, Milano, Munich) (“Selected Destinations”). Offer 2: Each eligible passenger is entitled to receive an “EVA AIR Turned Tumbler” (valued at TWD 950) when you book one-way or round-trip flight tickets for departure from Hong Kong to Dallas in USA (“Offer 2”).
4. Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: cancel/ refund or transactions at dispute; payment transactions made via digital wallets or third party payment app (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay and WeChat Pay HK). 
5. Offer 1 is only applicable to flight ticket issued and originating in Hong Kong, travelling to the Selected Destinations, and the entire journey must be operated by EVA Air. The Offer 1 is not applicable to booking made through other channels or with multiple destinations and stopovers.
6. Transactions settled in Hong Kong Dollars will be rounded up to the nearest HKD10.
7. Offer 1 and Offer 2 are only applicable to Fare Family Type: “Economy Basic” - V, W, S Class; “Economy Standard” - Q Class; ”Premium Economy Basic” - P Class; and “Business Basic” - D Class.
8. Cardholders must select the corresponding credit card discount plan on the online reservation page and settling payment with Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the Offers.
9. The redemption notification of “EVA AIR Turned Tumbler” for Offer 2 will be sent to eligible passengers via email on or before 15 October 2025. Eligible passengers need to collect at EVA Air ticketing office on or before 30 November 2025 (address: 25/F, Millennium City 3, 370 Kwun Tong Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong; Ticketing Hotline +852-30020985). Email will be sent to the email address under contact information in the transaction. EVA Air has no responsible for any failure to receive prize notification due to incorrect information provided.
10. The EVA AIR Turned Tumbler” for Offer 2 is available on a first come-first-served basis while stocks last. EVA Air reserves the right to replace EVA AIR Turned Tumbler by substitute gift of equal or comparable value.
11. Offer 2 is not applicable to infant ticket.
12. Offer 2 must be used in conjunction with Offer 1.
13. The Offer is not applicable to cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous/add-on service charges. Fuel surcharges and taxes must be paid upon ticket purchase. 
14. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
15. No person other than the Cardholder, EVA Airways, and BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
16. EVA Airways and BEA reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the Offer and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of EVA Airways and BEA shall be final and conclusive.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
18. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
