EVA Air offers self-service baggage drop in Taoyuan Metro A1 Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport T2 counter 16/17.

Service time:

Taoyuan Metro A1 Taipei Main Station: 3 hours before flight departure for all flights (except for flights to Canada) of the day.

Taoyuan Airport T2 counter 16/17: 1 hour before flight departure for all flights on the same day.

Self-service baggage drop system is only allow normal suitcases and baggage weight should be under free-checked baggage allowance.

Carton, umbrella, backpack(soft bag) and baby stroller are not eligible for check-in by system. In addition, if there is any fragile item or special handling item in your baggage, please contact the ground staff.

Our self-service baggage drop is only available for EVA Air and UNI Air operation international flights. (Code shared flights are not eligible for this service.)

You may use self-service baggage drop service when you are holding valid boarding pass or boarding pass QR Code.

In addition, you could get the boarding pass if you check in from website, mobile or self check-in service at the airport.

EVA Air will check through your baggage to the final destination according to the following rules.

Confirmed reservation on onward-connection flight.

• Transfer time is within 12 hours.
• Transfer point is at the same airport.
• There is an interline Baggage Agreement between EVA Air and the onward connection carrier.
• The checked baggage complies with the laws of the country.
• Please contact the ground staff for relevant regulations on overnight transfer baggage.
