How to Convert Max Miles to EVA Air Infinity MileageLands Award Mile

  1. Open the HeyMax APP: Log in to your HeyMax account.
  2. Go to “Redeem”: Tap the "Redeem" tab on the home screen.
  3. Select “Loyalty Program”- EVA AIR
  4. Enter your Infinity MileageLands membership number and name: Make sure the details match your Infinity MileageLands account exactly.
  5. Enter the number of Max Miles to transfer, the minimum transfer Max Miles have to be 1,000 Max Miles, and tap “Confirm” to complete the redemption.
  6. Award Miles will be credited to the Infinity MileageLands account within 1 working day of each eligible transfer.

  1. You must be an Infinity MileageLands member to transfer Max Miles to Award Miles.
  2. Once a transfer from Max Miles to Award Miles is initiated, Max Miles cannot be reversed or refunded.
  3. Transfers can only be made to your own individual Infinity MileageLands.
  4. Each HeyMax account can be linked to only one Infinity MileageLands account.
  5. EVA AIR and HeyMax reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of EVA AIR and HeyMax will be final.
