Job Description

• Handle walk-in customer and telephone call service including flight reservation, products information, flight schedules, INFINITY MILEAGELANDS members’ inquiry, complaint cases, issue ticket, handle sales report, handle BSP refund & internet refund cases and provide high quality service to passengers

Requirement

• Form 6 graduate or above
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Willing to take shift duties on Sat, Sun and Public Holiday
• Willing to work overtime
• Able to work independently under high pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong customer service mindset
• Possess minimum 1 year experience in travel agent or airlines field of ticketing knowledge will be an advantage

• Mainly on duty at the airport terminal including check-in area, boarding gate area, baggage reclaim belt and other related area

Job Description

• Achieve sales targets. 
• Conduct sales presentations to promote EVA AIR services to travel agents and corporate clients
• Monitor and review the sales performance of travel agents and corporate clients
• Handle and resolve various inquiries from travel agents and corporate clients
• Conduct marketing schemes, including social media channels and collaborative partnerships with other industries
• Explore direct sales activities, such as phone calls, referrals and online sources
• Perform indoor administrative tasks, such as statistics, fares and system filing

Requirement

• Form 6 graduate or above 
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in the travel agent or airline customer service field would be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently under high pressure
• Customer service-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience in handling passenger complaints
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, artwork design and Chinese word processing
