Check-in-Area (Counter)

• Island 14 : Infinity MileageLands Diamond Card, Priority, American Express EVA Air Platinum Charge Card counter

**Please find your check-in counter at the airport or Taoyuan International Airport website..

You are advised to check in 2.5 hours prior to the departure time for flight to Asia, 3.5 hours for all other destinations. Please check your check-in counter at the airport. All flights are closed punctually 60 minutes before flight departure.

**When checking in for a codeshare flight, be sure to check in with the operating carrier at their terminal.

Located on the 4F, Terminal 2.

Departure :

• The STAR, The INFINITY and The Garden Lounges :
  After security checkpoint and immigration, take the escalator on the left or right to the 4F, then go to the exclusive lounges of ​​EVA Air.
  
  
• The CLUB Lounge :
  After security checkpoint and immigration, take the escalator on the right to the 4F. The CLUB lounge is on the right side.
  
  

Transfer/Transit :

After the security check behind the EVA transfer counter in Gates C, take the escalator or elevator to the departure level (3F), or follow the guidance of EVA staff to the departure level (3F), then go towards the central duty-free hall and take the escalator on the right side of the hall to reach the 4F.

• The STAR, The INFINITY and The Garden Lounges :
  Arrival at the 4F, turn left to the exclusive lounges of ​​EVA Air.
  
  
• The CLUB Lounge :
  Arrival at the 4F, turn right to the lounge.

For a more comfortable space, we will not make the boarding announcement at Taoyuan Airport in Taiwan while the flights are on schedule. Please mind flight boarding time and arrive at the gate 20 minutes before departure. Thanks.

Notes

During peak hours from 04:30 AM to 09:30 AM, mileage deductions and extra charges for companions will be temporarily suspended. Please contact EVA staff for eligible lounges, thank you for your understanding.

• Service Hours:
  Taoyuan Metro A1 Taipei Main Station : 06:00-21:30 Daily
  Taoyuan Metro A3 New Taipei Industrial Park : 09:00-16:00 Daily
• Provide Self-Service Baggage Drop only. If you need any assistance from EVA AIR staff please proceed to Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2.

• Please drop your luggage at least 3 hours prior to departure time of EVA/UNI AIR flights departing from Taoyuan International Airport on the same day. Flights departing for Canada are excluded.

• Unaccompanied Minors aged under 12 years, Group Passengers, Wheelchair Passengers, Passengers who need special assistance, Travel with Pets, Travel with oversize baggage{The sum of the three dimensions of each piece exceeds 158cm(62in) or longest dimension exceeds 70cm(27in)} are not accepted.

• For the relevant specifications of Self Check-in Baggage Drop, please refer to the information listed in the Check-in Service page. See Self Service Baggage Drop.

• Ticketing and Cashier Counters are not available.

• For security reason, all checked baggage that already pass through security inspection are not allowed for returning at A1/A3 station. If passenger wants to get baggage back, please proceed to Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 and contact EVA AIR staff.

If you intend to transfer within TPE airport on the same day, please be informed of the following guidelines

• Passenger holding boarding pass for the connecting flight: Please follow the transfer/transit direction and pass through the transfer security check, or follow the guidance of EVA staff, proceed to departure level (3F).
• Passenger NOT holding boarding pass for the connecting flight: Please contact EVA Transfer Counter for boarding pass issuance, then pass through the transfer security check and proceed to departure level (3F).

If you intend to transfer within TPE airport for overnight, please be informed of the following guidelines

• If you don't have valid VISA to enter R.O.C. Taiwan, please contact EVA Transfer Counter for transfer security check formalities before proceed to departure level (3F). (Transfer Security Check service will cease operation during 24:00~05:00)
• If you are eligible to enter R.O.C. Taiwan, please contact EVA Transfer Counter for verification prior to arrival immigration.

Notice

• You don't have to pick up your check-in baggage.
• You might have to pay airport tax if enter R.O.C. Taiwan.
• Please double-check the boarding gate via public flight information screen and arrive the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time.
• Rest Areas are available in the departure level for your convenience.
