Passengers with issued tickets and confirmed reservation can book the meal no earlier than 21 days and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight on EVA official website. Please click Meal Order for more information.
Each passenger can only pre-purchase one Exclusive Gourmet Meal. If you would like to change your flight schedule or class, please cancel your original order first and place a new one within time limit.
Meal order cannot be transferred to other passenger or the new flight.
Each passenger can book only one meal on each flight.
For passengers who take Premium Economy or Economy Class of direct flights from TPE to the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali and Jakarta departing on or after 1st October.
For passengers who book the international flights operated by EVA Air (ticket numbers start with 695), not including codeshare on other airlines.
After you have paid for your Exclusive Gourmet Meal order online, the confirmation webpage will display your EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) No. and the related information. The system will also send the transaction details to the E-mail provided at the time of purchase.
We only have a limited number of Exclusive Gourmet Meal available per flight, so be sure to order as soon as possible.
There is no refund service at the airport counter. If you would like to order or cancel Exclusive Gourmet Meal, please do it 24 hours before departure on EVA official website.
Meal refund will not be acceptable within 24 hours before flight departure. Paid for upgrade shall not be under this restriction. If any changes within 24 hours before flight departure, meals will be subject to change depending on the situation.
