Referring to an announcement from Star Alliance, Asiana Airlines (OZ) will formally leave Star Alliance on December 16, 2026, 23:59 (Korea Standard Time). The partnership between EVA Air Infinity MileageLands and Asiana Airlines will also terminate on the same date. Please note the following important information regarding this partnership termination.

1. Mileage Accrual / Retroactive Credit
   Mileage accrual for Asiana Airlines flights will be applicable to flights traveled on or before October 15, 2026. Mileage claims may be submitted through the “Claim Missing Miles” function on EVA Air’s website. Alternatively, claims may be submitted with the ticket receipt and boarding pass to any Infinity MileageLands Service Center for retroactive credit. All claims must be submitted by October 31, 2026.
2. Redemption of Asiana Airlines Award Tickets
   Members must issue Asiana Airlines award tickets and complete all travel on or before December 16, 2026. If a refund is required, members may submit the request online through the EVA Air website or contact the nearest EVA Air Reservation and Ticketing Office for assistance.
3. Redemption of Star Alliance Upgrade Awards (SAUA) on Asiana Airlines
   Members must have their Asiana Airlines upgrade award reservations confirmed and complete travel on or before December 16, 2026.
4. Star Alliance Gold/Silver Member Privileges
   The Star Alliance Gold and Silver benefits, including reservation and airport privileges when traveling on Asiana Airlines flights, will continue to be offered through December 16, 2026.
