• Ticket purchase must be made through this dedicated landing page to be awarded with the discount. Promotion is valid only when payment is made with OCBC Cards. 
• This promotion is exclusive to all cardholders of OCBC cards issued in Singapore only.  
• This special promotion is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure and Taipei as the destination.  
• The regular promotion will apply for itineraries with Singapore as the country of departure, and Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver, Amsterdam, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, Brisbane, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong & Macau as the destination.
• For Taipei, the special offer will be 15% off round-trip airfares and 7.5% off one-way airfares.
• For other destinations other than Taipei, the regular offer of 5% off round-trip airfares and 2.5% off one-way airfares will apply.
• Only itineraries booked on the following fare classes are eligible for the special offer: D, P, Q, S, W and V. Ineligible fare classes, where the regular offer will apply instead, include: C, J, K, L, T, Y, B, M, H, A and G. 
• If an itinerary consists of an eligible fare class and an ineligible fare class, the final fare will be calculated by adding the respective round-trip fares together and dividing the sum by two. 
• This promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
• This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• Cash + mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
• Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
• Applicable for adult, child & infant fares. 
• Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
• Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 25 per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
• Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties. 
• Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.
• All other general rules apply.
• OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
• EVA Air reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time and without having to give prior notice.
• OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotion or any product/service relating to the promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
• OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
