The classic work "Award-Winning Lychee and Strawberry Bread" of the World Master Baker Peng-Chieh Wang received the highest score at the Masters de la Boulangerie competition in 2018 and won the Monde Selection Gold Award in 2019. For the Lychee and Strawberry Bread served aboard EVA Air flights, Wang uses special sourdough proven for 18 hours, resulting in a perfectly chewy and moist texture. He also adds carefully selected local ingredients from Taiwan, including dried strawberries and raspberries, as well as walnuts soaked in lychee liqueur, to create a delicately sweet, fruity, and crisp flavor.
