Complaint procedure for flights to/from Italy

EVA Airways is committed to to maintaining the highest level of safety, service, comfort and convenience to our customers. If you would like to make a complaint with regards to our IT flights, please contact the relevant department at: miltt@evaair.com.

For a quicker and smoother service, it is advisable to provide the booking reference number, the electronic ticket number, the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) in case of baggage disruptions and any other relevant information.
