  3. Please make prior reservation through the hotels and confirm the memberhsip's rate in advance. To receive the membership's special offers, please present your EVA membership card upon check-in. 
  4. Special offer is for members only. Please check with the hotels directly for the discount package for other room type. If additional breakfast is required, the fee shall be applied.
  5. Extra fee shall be applied on the following days:
    An extra fee of NTD1,000 per room per night for Keelung Hotel, NTD800 per room per night for Taichung Hotel and  NTD500 per room per night for Tainan Hotel, shall be applied to members who stay on Saturdays, Long weekend and Eves of Taiwan National Holidays. (The period will be as per the hotel's announcement. For Jiaosi Hotel, please refer to Note 12.) 
  6. The special offer will not be acceptable for Keelung Hotel, Taichung Hotel, Tainan Hotel and Jiaosi Hotel during the Chinese New Year period. (The period will be as per the hotel's announcement.)
  7. Taipei Hotel: An extra fee of NTD1,000 per room per night shall be applied to members who stay during the date of DEC31 and the exhibition, show fairs such as : Taipei Int'l Cycle Show, COMPUTEX Taipei Int'l Information Technology Show and SEMICON Taiwan. (The period will be as per the TWTC's announcement.)
  8. Penang Hotel: Above rate is for single use, an extra fee of MYR23.20 shall be charged on the second guest per room per night. An extra MYR11.60 per room per night shall be applied during the Special event and Long weekend. An extra MYR23.20 per room per night shall be applied during Chinese New Year period. (The period shall be as per the hotel's announcement.)  
  9. Dates of High/Low season, show dates and game dates shall be as per the Paris hotel's announcement.
  10. The rates for Evergreen Laurel Hotel (Bangkok) are subject to 10% service charges and 7% government tax. The rates for Evergreen Laurel Hotel (Penang) are subject to 10% service charges and 6% government tax.
  11. Room type of Diamond Card members and Gold Card members may be upgraded subject to room availability upon check-in. (This excludes Keelung, Taipei, Jiaosi and Paris Hotel)
  12. Jiaosi Hotel: 
    (1) In JAN, FEB, JUL, AUG, NOV, DEC:
          An extra fee of NTD2,000 per room per night shall be applied to members who stay on Fridays,
          FEB04, DEC22. An extra fee of NTD600 per room per night shall be applied to members who stay
          on Sundays, FEB03, FEB28 and DEC21. An extra fee of NTD5,000 per room per night shall be
          applied to the members who stay on Saturdays, Long weekend and Eves of Taiwan National
          Holidays, FEB26-27, DEC30-31. (The period and extra fee shall be as per the hotel's
          announcement.)
    (2) In MAR, APR, MAY, JUN, SEP, OCT:
          An extra fee of NTD4,400 per room per night shall be applied to members who stay on Saturdays,
          Long weekend and Eves of Taiwan National Holidays. (The period and extra fee shall be as per
          the hotel's announcement.)
    (3) Room rate includes 2 breakfasts and dinners (not refundable if change to lunch).
