- A passenger traveling solely on EVA Air for the whole journey usually receives all of the boarding passes at the starting point.
- EVA Air offers assistance to passengers traveling with young children, children traveling alone, the mentally or physically challenged, or any other passenger who needs help regarding flight transfer.
