Fast Self Check-in & Bag Drop

Before going to the airport, we recommend completing online check-in through the EVA AIR APP or EVA Air website and obtaining your electronic boarding pass. After arriving at the airport, you may use the self-service facilities to print your baggage tag and drop off your baggage, helping you complete check-in easily and enjoy a faster, more convenient self-service experience.

In-Town Check-in


Location : Airport Express Hong Kong Station, Central.
Service Hours : 08:00 to 14:00 daily.
Applicable flight : Applicable to flights departing within 24 hours and up to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time.>
Applicable Passenger : Passengers without requiring special services (Unaccompanied Minor, Wheelchair Service, Special Baggage, Travelling with Pets, Payable Services, Itinerary Change Services…etc)
Notes: Passengers fail to complete check-in process, please proceed to Hong Kong Airport.

Terminal 1
STEP 1: Auto Check-in or Online Check-in
Before going to the airport, complete online check-in through the EVA Mobile App or EVA Air website and obtain your electronic boarding pass from 48 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
 
STEP 2: Self-Service Baggage Tag Printing
After arriving at the airport, please proceed to Departure Hall Aisle E to use the self-service facilities to print your baggage tag and attach it as instructed.
 
STEP 3: Bag drop
After arriving at the airport, please proceed to Departure Hall Aisle E Counters 19-25 at Aisle E and drop your baggage.
 
Manned Service Counters
Aisle E, E1 - E5
Counters are opened 2.5 hours before flight departure and closed punctually 60 minutes before flight departure.

VIP Lounge


All lounges located in post-security area in Terminal 1. After security checkpoint and immigration, please take the elevator or escalator down to level 6 of departure level.
